Form B, is a Income Tax Return Form (ITRF) in Malaysia to declare business and non-business income for individual. Generally, businesses that is categorised under Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) need to use Form B as their ITRF to disclose their chargeable income.
Those who have business income must use Form B to disclose their income. If they have other income together with business income, for example, employment income; can be included together in this form.
Manual submission due date is 30 June 2015. The grace period, for e-filing would be up to 15 July 2015.
