Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) or SSM has announced that the Companies Act 2016 will be in force, in stages, starting from 31 January 2017. For the time being, SSM is in the process of upgrading the existing MyCoID into MyCoID 2016 so that the new company incorporation can be done in accordance with the New Companies Act 2016.
